Prospective Security Guards and Managers:
If
you're considering PSI for full or part time employment, you couldn't have stopped by at a better
time. At any given moment, you'll find PSI in a hiring mode. We're always looking for
good people. Our business increases and changes everyday, and we promote from within. Our employment standards
are routine qualifications and restrictions which all guard companies have. However, where PSI
differs is in our unrelenting enforcement of these standards and qualifications. That's just one of many reasons why
PSI guards are so proud of themselves.
If you're lucky enough to be invited to join PSI, you
would be required to attend a State of Georgia Certified training class before your first actual day of work. You will
be paid for training time. We provide this training for you free of charge.
Your uniforms, selected to fit right the first time, and any equipment required for
you to properly perform the duties of your assigned post, will also be provided by PSI, free of
charge to you. We fully expect you to respect this clothing and tackle by keeping them clean and in good operating condition.
PSI pays its security officers on a weekly basis, not
every other week as many of our competitors do. Your paychecks will be accurate and drawn on a local major bank to give
you fast access to your funds.
PSI has plenty of opportunities from which to chose, so
you can request an assignment close to your home, or close to your primary job if you're interested in part- time work.
You might also be more comfortable securing certain types of accounts and not others. We additionally have daytime and
nighttime positions available. With PSI, all these options are possible.
You'll find PSI's management team to be firm and fair.
They're looking for team players who have a good track record of employment, who have empathy and a good understanding
of why companies would need to contract with PSI. They need well-groomed people
